At URBAN REVIVO Malaysia, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the invoice is included to prevent processing delays.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier point or schedule a collection via our logistics partner.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
